Parker, aka Pooh-bear, Pookie, Pooka-saurus

Parker came into this world on April 6th, 2001. He was delivered via c-section and was born with a very severe intestinal hernia. An emergency operation was performed within 20 minutes of his delivery to repair the damage. Unfortunately, over the course of the evening, his incision was reopened unwittingly by his dog mom and had to have a third surgery the following morning. What can you say except that this dog has a STRONG will to live! As a consequence of these procedures, Parker has some intestinal issues that are managed daily, and is extremely cross-eyed (leaving him with vision impairments and at least double vision).

But this dog is all heart! None of these disabilities slow him down and he lives life to the fullest. He is one of the most loveable, sincere, and persevering dogs you will ever meet. He is the founding member of Team Blabador and is the inspiration for the team name (a Blabador, by the way,  is our nickname for a Labrador that is so sweet and snuggly that all you want to do is squeeze them).

Parker's first jump was 10 feet 2 inches, and he has never looked back since. Always trusting his humans, he jumps with more heart and trust than most humans have. His personal best to date is 22 feet 2 inches and holds the following titles: Ultimate Air Dogs (UAD) junior and senior titles; Dock Dogs (DD) junior and senior titles.
